Project Unplugged

This Massive picnic table is one of my latest #unplugged projects. This is my first furniture refinishing adventure, and it came out pretty good. I saved this table from becoming tinder in my father-in-laws (Thanks David!) firewood pile and it had definitely seen better days. I had to go through a few trial and errors from trying to sand it all down, buying the wrong sanding belts, realizing that sanding was not going to do the trick, and then finally resorting to paint stripper. The legs were pretty rotted out, so I replaced those, and one of the seats needed repair (thanks for nothing Liquid Nails!). My Daughter, Annabelle, even helped stained it, she had a blast! 3 weeks and about $80 later (not counting the sanding belts) we have a beautiful finished table in our backyard and can have the family over for a cookout, it should seat about 12 people! Now to find my next Project #Unplugged! Any ideas?
